How can I pay for my purchase?
There are various ways to pay for your massage chair.
1st Option : Credit Card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
2nd Option: Financing. You could sign up with our financing partners Affirm to pay a low monthly payment for up to 24-months.
How about sales tax?
Sales Tax is added to orders delivered within otherwise mentioned in the website. The state of Texas requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in Texas is 8.25%
Can I call you to place an order?

Do you have Money Back Guarantee on Massage Chairs?
Yes, for all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. No refunds after 30 days. If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects in the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.
How about International Orders?
We don't ship internationally at this time.
What is Curbside Delivery?
This is our standard delivery method and is included when you purchase any massage chair from us. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive unassembled in its original factory boxes. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.
What is White Glove Delivery?
By white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery can add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service.
How do I return?
Please call (424) 235-3404, explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item.
Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
Tape boxes securely and attach an appropriate shipping label. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.
How do you handle my privacy?
We will never sell or give your e-mail address (or any other information about you) to anyone else without your permission. Period. We created this policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.
Is it safe to use your website?
Yes, we are a member of Trustwave and had partnered with Authorize.net to ensure the highest level of encryption, PCI compliance and transaction safety. We use methods providing layered protection against data security breaches and fraud, which have the components of the Trusted Commerce program- Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance services, SSL certificates and the Trust Commerce security.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also track your order on theTrack Order page located at the bottom of our home page.
What is included in the White Glove Delivery/In Home Assembly?
For most of our larger products we offer a White Glove Delivery service labeled as In-Home Assembly. This service includes unpacking, assembly, moving the product to the room of your choice, and removal of packing material and boxes. Your local Relax The Back store or a White Glove Delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery date. This additional cost is $399 and is found as a selectable option on most of our larger items. Please note, all non White Glove Deliveries will be drop shipped to your curbside.
Why didn't I receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your junk or spam email folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive in either place, please call Customer Care at (424) 235-3404 or email sales@massagechairgalaxy.com.
I need assembly instructions for my product. Where can I get them?
If the item(s) you purchased requires assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If not, you may contact Customer Care at (424) 235-3404 or message us on the website; please include the following information: your name and your email address or mailing address and the item number(s) you need to assemble.
When do I receive my refund once I have returned an item?
Approved refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Relax The Back.
- Debit Card Refunds: All debit transactions will be refunded by within 10 business days.
- Credit Card Refunds: All credit card refunds will be processed on the day that your purchase is picked up or returned. Check refunds cannot be issued for credit card sales. Credit to your account may take 10 business days.
- Finance Refunds: Finance accounts will be refunded within 10 business days.

Where can I try out different models?
Visit our Store Locator page to find locations near you that sell various models of our chairs. We recommend that you reach out to these local dealers and see what chairs they have on display for you to experience.
How does delivery work?
We ship anywhere in the United States. Our chairs come with complimentary standard curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the chair just outside your home. We also offer white glove delivery for an additional cost, which includes inside delivery and assembly in the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs).
When can I expect my chair to arrive?
If you select our free standard shipping option, you should expect delivery within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order. If you choose white glove delivery (includes delivery and assembly in the room of your choice), you should expect delivery within 4 to 6 weeks (this is due to the more involved nature of white glove assembly).
Where are the massage chairs made?
Parts are manufactured in China, but much of our chairs' assembly takes place in the United States for quality control purposes. We also customize every massage chair model to cater to our customers' needs, as well as a variety of lifestyles.
What is the warranty and what does it cover?
Our standard warranty comes with all of our chairs and covers the costs of any replaced parts, structural framework, and labor on your chair during the first year at no cost to you. All customers also have the option to purchase an extended warranty for additional parts and labor coverage at the time of the chair purchase.
Is assembly required? How difficult is it to assemble?
Yes, but we make it quick and simple with pre-assembly of most of the components, our easy-to-follow instruction manuals, and step-by-step assembly tutorial videos. Home assembly typically takes about 20 to 30 minutes. We also recommend you have a buddy on hand to help you move your chair, as they are heavy and are best moved by two people.
If you feel you're unable to assemble your Infinity Massage Chair on your own, we offer white glove delivery for an additional fee, which includes assembly in the room of your choice.
Are there instructional videos?
Yes. Step-by-step instructional videos on how to assemble, use, and maintain your chair can all be found on each chairs' product page under their Video tab. You can also find a full listing in our video library, found under the Support menu.
What is the remote like?
Our remotes are designed to be simple and intuitive for all users. We have walk-through videos on our remotes located on each chair's product page under the Video tab. You can also find a full listing in our video library, found under the Support menu.
What colors do your chairs come in?
Our most popular colors are black and brown. Certain chairs have unique multi-color designs that blend into one beautiful look. You can see the color options for each model and how they look on each of their product pages.
How often and how long should I use my massage chair?
We recommend that new users ease into their massage routine with 10 to 15 minute massage sessions, two to three times per day. As you become increasingly comfortable and familiar with your massage preferences, you can experiment with longer, more frequent massages. We find the sweet spot for regular users is around one 30-minute session every day.
Why does my chair hurt?
Major discomfort can often be attributed to either overuse or using the chair at too high of an intensity level. We recommend treating your massage chair like any other physical activity by easing into a routine starting with shorter and less intense sessions, with ample breaks in between usages. You can adjust the length, depth, and intensity of your massage in the manual modes on your remote. Once you become more comfortable and familiar with your massage preferences, you can experiment and increase the levels of your usage levels accordingly to find what works best for you.
If you take it slow and still experience pain or discomfort, we recommend consulting your physician before continuing use of your massage chair.
Can I adjust the intensity?
Yes, you can adjust the airbag pressure in the Manual settings of each chair.
Select models also include 3D, 4D or Syner D technology, which allows you to decrease or increase the intensity and depth of the rollers.
Can my kids use it?
Yes, we advise that children aged 10 and up can safely use our massage chairs with appropriate supervision. All of our chairs have body scanning technology that adjusts the massage rollers to the height of the user, allowing users of all shapes and sizes to enjoy a properly aligned massage. The intensity of the massage can also be adjusted for children who would be best suited with gentler massages.
What is the difference between each massage chair model?
Every Infinity Massage Chair has a unique look and feel, as well as different feature sets that are designed to accommodate a variety of preferences. You can compare different chairs based on their features and specifications through our comparison tool, available on the Massage Chairs tabs.
What are the health benefits of massage chairs?

Once you customize in manual mode, can you save that program?
Look for the MyMassage Memory feature in select chairs if you to save manually created massage programs.
If there is a problem with the chair, are there available technicians in my area?
We have technicians located throughout the United States. We will find the nearest tech to you if you ever have an issue with your massage chair.
Can you turn the intensity down on the feet?
You can lessen the intensity in the foot unit by lowering the airbag pressure setting, turning off the foot rollers or both.

We offer 0% financing through Affirm Financial, which you can apply for instant approval today! Outside of our financing offer, we do not provide monthly payment plans or layaways.
